This website, www.digifov.com (the "Site"), is Digifov's digital agency network offering influencer marketing, content creation, email campaigns and strategy, social media campaigns, Shopify website launch services, digital PR, creative project management, and analysis and reporting, delivered directly or through partner agencies.
Registered business name: Tradeborder LLC Trading as: Digifov Business address: 7901 4th St. N, Suite 13028, St. Petersburg, Florida 33702, United States Contact email: info@digifov.com
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through the Site, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have over it. It applies to visitors, prospective clients, and clients who interact with www.digifov.com.
2. The platform this site runs on
The Site is built and hosted on Wix.com ("Wix"). Wix provides the website infrastructure, forms, and some built-in analytics and security features, and acts as a data processor on our behalf for data submitted through the Site. Wix's own handling of data is described in the Wix Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review it alongside this policy, as some cookies and technical data described below are set directly by Wix.
3. Personal data we collect
We collect personal data in the following ways:
Information you provide directly. When you fill out a contact form, request a quote, subscribe to our newsletter, or otherwise get in touch, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and any other information you choose to include in your message.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, we and our service providers (including Wix, Google Analytics, and Meta) automatically collect certain technical data through cookies and similar technologies, such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, approximate location (derived from IP address), and the dates and times of your visits.
Information from email campaigns. If you subscribe to or interact with our email communications, we may collect data on opens, clicks, and engagement with the emails we send, in order to improve our communications and measure campaign performance.
Information from client and project work. If you become a client, we may collect additional information necessary to deliver our services (for example, details related to your Shopify store, marketing accounts, or campaign assets), which is governed separately by the terms of our client agreement, not solely by this policy.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal data (such as health, religious belief, or biometric data) through the Site, and we ask that you do not submit such data to us through our contact forms.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate correctly, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. These include:
Essential/functional cookies set by Wix that are necessary for the Site to function (for example, session management and security).
Analytics cookies, including Google Analytics, which help us understand traffic patterns and how visitors interact with the Site.
Advertising/tracking pixels, including the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel and similar tools, which help us measure the performance of our social media campaigns and show relevant ads to people who have visited our Site.
Where required by law, we will request your consent before placing non-essential cookies via a cookie banner, and you can change your preferences at any time. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may affect how the Site functions. For more detail on the categories of cookies Wix itself may set, see https://www.wix.com/about/cookie-policy
5. How we use your data
We use the personal data described above to:
Respond to your inquiries and provide the information or services you request;
Deliver, manage, and improve the marketing and creative services we provide to clients;
Send newsletters, campaign updates, or promotional communications, where you have opted in or where otherwise permitted by law;
Analyze and improve the performance and content of the Site;
Measure and optimize our own advertising and social media campaigns;
Comply with legal obligations, and detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues.
6. Legal basis for processing (EU/UK visitors)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to process your personal data:
Consent — for example, when you subscribe to our newsletter or accept non-essential cookies;
Legitimate interests — for example, to respond to inquiries, run and measure our marketing, and improve the Site, provided this does not override your rights and interests;
Contract — where processing is necessary to perform a service you have engaged us for;
Legal obligation — where we must process data to comply with the law.
You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
7. Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:
Service providers who help us run the Site and our business, such as Wix (hosting), Google (analytics), and Meta (advertising/social);
Partner agencies in the Digifov network, where necessary to deliver a service you or your organization has requested, and only to the extent needed for that purpose;
Professional advisors and authorities, where required to comply with a legal obligation, enforce our agreements, or protect our rights, safety, or property.
Each of these recipients processes data under their own privacy terms; where they act as our processor, we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle data securely and in line with this policy.
8. International data transfers
Some of the service providers listed above (including Wix, Google, and Meta) may process data outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Where this involves a transfer of personal data out of the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognized under GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the provider's own certified transfer mechanisms.
9. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including responding to your inquiry, delivering a service, complying with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, and resolving disputes. Analytics and advertising data is generally retained according to the default retention settings of the relevant tool (for example, Google Analytics), unless we configure a shorter period.
10. Your rights
If you are located in the EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with similar protections, you have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you;
Correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
Erase your data, in certain circumstances;
Restrict or object to our processing of your data;
Request portability of data you have provided to us;
Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@digifov.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
11. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including those provided by Wix's platform-level security, to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
13. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or social media platforms (including those of our partner agencies). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
